Founder & Managing Principal
Brett Hogan, CPA
Brett is a registered tax agent and member of CPA Australia.
He has over 30 years experience working in Public Practice firms and is one of the founding partners in Pribacorp Pty Ltd. Brett has a wealth of practical experience working in the SME (Small Medium Enterprises) sector, helping businesses and individuals navigate their tax, growth, succession planning and other critical business issues.
Outside of work Brett likes to keep active and tries to stay fit and healthy. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid AFL/Geelong supporter.
Founder
Jason Rozario, CA
Jason is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent with approximately 40 years of experience in the accounting profession. Jason commenced his career in the accounting profession with medium and large accounting firms, working mainly in the business services area, prior to setting up business at Pribacorp in 2005.
He has extensive experience working with private business owners to assist them in successfully navigating the various challenges in their business operations including tax and financial management, succession planning, estate planning and strategic business planning.
When he is not in the office, Jason spends time pursuing his hobbies which include classic cars, reading and developing his knowledge of wines and wine regions, going on long bike rides on weekends and barracking for the mighty Magpies in the AFL!
Senior Accountant
Linda Chau, CPA
Linda is a qualified CPA with 18 years of accounting experience. Over the years, she have gained extensive accounting knowledge serving a wide range of clients, from small business entities to mid-sized enterprises.
Her experience includes assisting clients with Research and Development (R&D) tax incentive applications, as well as supporting business operating across multiple countries with international withholding tax and other tax compliance matters. This experience has strengthened my understanding of diverse business operations and equipped me with practical insights to support growth and efficiency.
She is currently balancing my professional life with a busy family schedule. She is married with two daughters who are both in primary school, weekends usually mean driving them to their various activities and cheering them on from the sidelines. Outside work, Linda loves baking and travelling with her family, especially exploring beautiful resorts during the holidays.
Intermediate Accountant
Dominic Cheong, CPA
Dom completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and has over four years’ experience working in an accounting and taxation firm. Coupled with completing his CPA, Dom aims to learn more everyday and hone his skills and knowledge to provide the best service and advice to clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and soccer, as well as cooking new recipes.
